Submit an Abstract for the ADS Abstract Service

If you would like to submit an abstract to be included in the ADS Abstract Service, please fill in the following form. Note, that the bibliographic code, author, title, and journal are all required fields.

If you want to add fields to or modify an existing entry in our database, please enter the bibcode, and click on "Show Current Record." You will then be able to modify or add additional information. We reserve the right to reject any submission whose content we deem inappropriate for our databases. If this is your first time submitting an abstract, please look at the explanations of each field to ensure you are using the correct format.

If you want to submit a significant number of abstracts, the best way to do so is to format them according to our tagged format and send by email to ads@cfa.harvard.edu.
